Over the years of fielding customer complaints I find that disappointments can arise from color details not shown in the product specs. Considering the volume and custom nature of the products, it is a very rare occurrence. We strive to provide as much information as possible, and while it would be impractical to attempt an image gallery showing every single close up angle, our sales team is more than happy to research any extra detail customers might want to know about a product.
Personally, I’ve encountered home owners who’ve come up with some simple and effective resolutions to factory specs that don’t quite match their aesthetics. Modifications to removable parts are unlikely to void any warranty and can even enhance the customized pride you take in your home. For instance, when customers feel that a valance clip projects a valance too far from the head rail for their liking they’ve found that Velcro tape is typically more than strong enough to hold up a valance. Additionally, I’ve heard that valances themselves can be constructed from materials that match a given shade better than anything the manufacturer can provide.
