I agree. There are so many other color choices available. It seems silly to use white all the time (unless that is the only color which suits your room).

Hello,

All of our blinds and shades must be attached to the mounting surface with screws. When you come across a surface that can not be penetrated with screws, look above to see if you can do an outside mount on the wall above or the wood trim around the opening.

Thanks for your inquiry, Robert Emil Blindsgalore.com

Good work! I think people realize when a company promotes something as cheap they are not saying "junkie". Unfortunately 8.5 times out of 10 that's what the product ends up being. I applaud you for calling the prices how you see them!

I just moved into a rental and the front of the house faces west. Our bedroom also faces west and our room gets so hot that we have to lower the ac to about 74 just to get that one room too cool down. The rest of the house is freezing then. I would like room darkening that would also keep the room cooler but without spending a lot. I do also like some light in the mornings so I am not sure what to do. Please advise

Thank you,
Karen

Hi Jim,

There's also double roller brackets so instead of running drapery, you could have two roller shades in one window where one is the sun shade, and the other either blackout or a privacy fabric.
